Thank you for shopping with Labuboxes. We’re committed to delivering quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent refund and return policy to help make things right.

14-Day Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned with original packaging (including manuals, tags, and accessories)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or packing slip)
  • If your product was damaged

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Us: Email labuboxes@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Return Authorization: If eligible, we’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions.
  • Prepare Your Package: Repack the item securely with all original components.
  • Label Clearly: Write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship It Back: Use a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Process

  • We’ll inspect your return and email you with the outcome.
  • If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or opened products (unless defective)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards or items marked “final sale”
  • Limited edition products
  • Mistery box products

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Upon Delivery, refuse the package if damage is visible and notify us immediately.
  • After Delivery: Contact us within 24 hours at labuboxes@gmail.com and include:
    1. Order number
    2. Photos of the item and packaging
    3. Brief description of the issue

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to the same eligibility rules as returns.

To request an exchange:

  • Email labuboxes@gmail.com with your order number and item details.
  • Follow the return steps above for the original product.
  • Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll ship your replacement item at no additional shipping cost.

Note: You’re responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is due to our error.

Cancellation Option

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund, as outlined in our cancelation policy. This is only available before the item ships.
